OFFTIME.org is a nonprofit, noncommercial and free portal. We have created OFFTIME.org to give hobbysts and collectors a tool for presenting their precious collections. This portal should also be a place where people would exchange and gain new contacts and experiences. Authors of this project are passionates themselves who want to support the community.

At OFFTIME.org you can:
- add your collections, items with photos and detailed description at chosen category,
- search and browse through collections, items and photos,
- comment and rank items of other people,
- navigate through user interface which has favourite items, collections etc.

We have created point system in order to verify user content. Each vote for an item is added to owner's point account. Gathered points may be used for adding new items. The main goal of voting system is to expel weak content and to give active users the possibility to continously extend their collections. Caution! The user point account may evaluate to negative values.
In addition the point system enables us to present you the most active users, the best items and the best collections.

We desire the whole content of OFFTIME.org to be created and contributed by passionates. We want you to decide about its look and further development. All suggestions are welcome (contact information is in 'Contact' menu).
