stamps of Royalist Yemen 1962-72

This collection covers stamps and covers of the Mutawahekite Kingdom of Yemen issued from October 1962 to 1972.

	Postal Card - Domestic Rate	2 Bogshah Postal Card - Domestic Rate		This 2 Bogshah postal card was issued for use in Yemen. I do not know for sure, but it MAY have also been the postcard rate to other countries of the APU (Arab Postal Union).

	Postal Card - Domestic Rate - Trial Colour	2 Bogshah Postal Card - Colour Trial		This is a colour trial of the 2 Bogshah Postal Card. The final colour used was ORANGE.

	Postal Card - International Rate - Colour Trial	5 Bogshah Postal Card - Trial Colour		This is a purple trial colour of the 5 Bogshah International rate postal card. The final colour chosen was RED.

	Postal Card - International Rate	5 Bogshah Postal Card - for Use to Foreign Countries		This is the 5 Bogshah (10 Cents) postal Card. This rate was for a postcard to foreign countries. (See note on 2 Bogshah postal card about rate to APU - Arab Postal Union countries).

	Postal Card - to Free Yemen Radio Station	1.5 Bogshah Postal Card - special radio station rate		This post card was sold for 1.5 Bogshahs (3 US cents). It was pre-addressed to the Director of the Royalist Free Yemen radio station in Al Jauf, Yemen (civil war period). It was intended for radio requests and was a special discounted postage rate.
