Yes. We do not share any of our users' personal information to third persons and we do not use this information for any marketing purposes. Please look at our privacy rules in 'Privacy' menu. We do not share your email address to anyone.

Please report all bugs to portal administrators as soon as possible. All our emails are in the 'Contact' menu.

I would like to contribute to OFFTIME.org. What can I do?
Currently we only need on-line advertisements. If you would like to contribute to OFFTIME.org please invite yout friends, acquaintances and family. OFFTIME content grows and evolves thanks to many visitors. The more the better of course.

Do OFFTIME.org administrators charge users?
No. OFFTIME.org is nonprofit. We do not charge users for viewing the contents or using our portal.

Can I buy or sell and perform other transactions via OFFTIME.org?
No. Currently there is no possibility to buy, sell or exchange items. However such opportunity may arise if most users are interested in it.

What is the point system for?
The point system purpose is to verify users' collections and content quality. Other portal users may vote for items and this way the best, most popular and interesting collections will be highlighted.

How does the point system work?
After having registered at OFFTIME.org user is given 100 points. These points may be used for adding new items. Positive number of points is not required in order to add a new collection. Point system rules are as follows:

- After having registered user is given 100 points.
- Adding an item costs 15 points.
- Adding a photo costs 5 points.
- Removing an item gives back 15 points and additionally 5 point for each photo related with particular item.
- Removing a photo gives back 5 points.
- User gains points via voting system. Other registered portal users may vote for particular item. Their votes and corresponding points are automaticly synchronised with item owner's account.
- If user's point account has negative value the user is not allowed to add new items and photos.

How can I get points for my collections?
You can get points for votes on your items from other portal users. Points will also return to your point account if you remove some of your items or photos.

Where can check how many points do I have on my account?
You can check your point account by clicking on 'My hobby' and then on 'Account' tab.

Where can I see who voted for my items and how they were ranked?
You can find who and how your items have been ranked in 'My hobby' -> 'Account' > 'Expenses' menu.

Do points have material value? Can they be exchanged for money?
These points may not be exchanged for money. You cannot buy, sell, withdraw or exchange points.

Why am I unable to comment currently viewed item?
Only registered users may add comments after logging in. If you have not registered yet please register here.

Where can I see all comments I have ever written?
You can find all your comments at 'My comments' page. To get there clink on: 'My hobby', 'Collections', 'Comments' and then on 'My comments'.

Where can I see comments on my collections and items?
You can find other users' comments for your items and collections on 'Comments' page. To get there click on: My hobby, Collections, Comments.

Why can't I vote for a collection or an item?
Only registered and logged in users may vote. Additionally only users that own at minimum 3 items may vote and if user has not voted before for a particular item.

Can I rollback my vote?
No. It is not possible.

May I vote many times for one item?
No. You are allowed to vote one time for an item.

How can I make users vote for my collection?
Other users will probably vote positively for valuable collections. However if you would like to advertise your collection a good idea would be to put some information about your collection at your home page or share some info with your friends. Generally advertising your collections depends on how creative you are and all ways to achive this goal are good unless these means of advertising violate law or are simply SPAM. Such cases will not be tolerated by OFTTIME.org.

Why do my favorites do not show any of items and collections that I have added to them recently?
Your favorites contain only colletions that have changed from your last login. You can find all of your favorites in a submenu: Colletions, Items.

Where can I change my personal information filled during registration process?
You can modify your personal information by clicking on 'Preferences'. To get there click on 'My hobby', 'Preferences'.

What part of my personal information may be viewed by other portal users?
Other portal users may only view basic information about your account such as: user name, home country and age. The following information is also shown at users' information page: registration date and last login date, number of written comments, number of items and collections. Any of your other personal data including your email is not visible there.

How can I communicate with other items and collections owners?
The recommended mean of communication is OFFTIME.org internal message system. In order to send a message to other user please click on an envelope icon that stands by user name.

How can I find items and collections I am looking for?
You can browse through collections manually using categories map and collections list. You can also filter out search results by using the search form and defining your own criteria.

What is the purpose of users/items/collections ranking system? Do these rankings have special meaning?
The ranking system role is purely statistical. They do not have any special meaning.

How can I submit a request for a new category?
Requests for new categories should be sent to OFFTIME.org adminstrators. Please check our contact information at 'Contact' menu.

What are collections for?
Collections are similar to 'folders'. Each collection may contain any positive number of items assigned to it. Collections are parent for items.

What are items for?
Each collection holds some number of items. Each item at OFTTIME.org has its parent that is collection it belongs to. Additionally each item may have any number of photos attached.

What is the difference between item and collection?
Each collection holds some number of items. Collections may contain general description of items placed there. Collections are kind of containers on items. Users may only vote for items but may submit comments on collections as well as on items.

What is the structure of items and collections?
How can I add my own collection?
You can add your collection at 'My hobby'. Please follow these menus: 'My hobby', 'Collections', 'New collection'. To add a new collection you have to provide the following information: collection name, short, general description and select a category your collection should belong to.

Can I add a photo to my collection?
Colletions theirselves cannot contain other objects that items. You can add photos only to items.

How can I add an item to my collection?
Adding an item to your collection is easy. Just find your collection (using 'My hobby', 'Collections'), and click on 'New item' (in the upper menu). Fill in and confirm the form. You can add a photo at the same time.

Can I add a photo to my item? If yes, how can I do it?
Of course. Find the collection you are looking for. Pick chosen item and in the upper page menu click on 'Edit item'. There is a field for adding photos at the bottom of this form.

Can I add an item separately without adding a collection first?
No. Each item has to be assigned to a collection.
