1. Portal users.
1.1. You may use this portal if you are an adult person that is if you are over 18 years old. Parents permission on required if you are under this age and you want to use and view contents of the portal.
1.2. Anyone may use the portal in compilance with point 1.1 and only if previosuly the registration form had been completed and submitted.

2. Content.
2.1. The content at the portal is the property of the person who submitted it and is protected by copyright law. Copying, as a whole or as a part whithout proper permission is prohibited.
2.2. There is no room at OFFTIME.org for content that does not obey Polish nor international laws or considered to be offensive, pornographic, racial, religious offensive or ethnic offensive or violating copyright laws. Such content will be removed from the portal as soon as possible and owner user account will be permanently banned.
2.3. Owner of OFFTIME.org does not take responsibility for users' content. The portal however will remove users' content mentioned in point 2.2 as soon as possible.

3. Mission.
3.1. OFFTIME.org is a noncommercial, nonprofit and public portal.
3.2. OFFTIME.org owner does not take any fees for using the portal.
3.3. The user may not sue OFFTIME.org owner for any material and nonmaterial claims. This includes:
- users' content (graphics and texts),
- portal policy,
- point system,
- portal regulations,
- administrators' decisions.

4. Point system.
4.1. The point system has been created to verify content posted by users.
4.2. In order to keep portal content valuable the users may add only as much content as the point system allows them to.
4.3. After having registered user is granted 100 points. These point may be used for adding items. Adding colletions does not require spending user's points.
4.4. Rules of point system:
- After having registered user is granted 100 points.
- Adding an item decreases user's account by 15 points.
- Adding a photo decreases user's account by 5 points.
- Removing an item increases user's account by 15 points and additionally by 5 points for each item photo.
- Removing an item increases user's account by 5 points.
- User acquires points through rating system. Other portal users may vote for an item within a scale from -5 to 5 points. These votes are automaticly synchronised with item owner's account.
- In case user has negative or insufficient number of points the user may not add new items or photos.
- Points available on user's account are not equivalent to cash and may not be in any way exchanged for money. Point cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn.

5. Final regulations.
5.1. OFFTIME.org portal reserves the right to freely modify portal's policy and regulations at any time. All changes to the policy or regulations will be announced immediately in news on main page.
5.2. By registering and using the portal user accepts its policy in all statements.
5.3. OFFTIME.org portal reserves the right to freely modify point available on users' accounts.
5.4. OFFTIME.org reserves the right to freely modify, change and erase content posted by portal users.
